I enjoyed music at a very young age. Started listening to my fathers records when I was 5, getting my first component system when I was 10; And then learning how to play the drums shortly after. I always praticed playing drums, and enjoyed playing to all types of music. My favorite was Rock, which is Classic Rock music today, and R&B, which is Old School R&B today. I was a drummer in a couple of bands, one Rock, the other R&B, so I was very diverse in music. I enjoyed music so much, that when new music came along, I would consume myself with that music as well. Then, when rap music started to become popular, I was exposed to DJ'ing for the first time. One day, I saw Run DMC for the first time on TV, watching Jam Master Jay on the turntables, DJ'ing. From that point, I wanted to become a DJ. A few years later on Christmas, I got my first turntables, which were made by Gemini, and my first mixer from Radio Shack. I practiced scratching and mixing everyday, hours at a time. I then started out doing small house parties, working for free a lot of times for friends, only because I loved to make people dance and enjoy the music I was playing. I then started a rap group in the D.C. area, and performed at various talent shows, trying to get into the Hip Hop business. I traveled back and forth to NYC, buying records, equipment, learning beats and styles from New York. Soon after, I gave up the rap group work, and began to put together a home studio, and then started to produce music for R&B and Rappers in the D.C. area, who were trying to get their first break. Thats when I started Wheels of Steel Productions. A few years later, I started mobile DJ'ing and club DJ'ing, and started my own DJ business. I no longer DJ in clubs, but the experienced was enjoyable.

My love of music started at a young age, and I enjoy playing music that make people happy, and want to have fun, playing all types of music for a diverse crowd. And that has always been my speciality, that I can play all types of music, and enjoy the music as much as the crowd does.
